Order and Delivery Policy
- Order Placement: Customers can place orders through our website/app. Orders must be placed by 12am for next-day delivery.
- Delivery Areas:We currently deliver from CBD to Ghansoli. Delivery outside these regions will be considered in the future.
- Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered between 10am to 7pm, and customers will receive a confirmation message once their order is on its way.
- Minimum Order Value: The minimum order amount for free delivery is 250. Orders below this value will incur a delivery fee of 30.
- Contactless Delivery: In light of health and safety concerns, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery person will leave the items at your doorstep and notify you once delivered. ( Can delete if not needed )
- Delayed Delivery: In case of unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather), we will notify customers as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery time.
Return and Refund Policy
- Quality Assurance: We ensure all fruits and vegetables are fresh and handpicked. If you receive items that are damaged or not up to your satisfaction, please reach out within 24 hours.
- Return Process: If a product is damaged or poor in quality, please send a photo of the item to [customer service email/phone] for review.
- Refunds: If the issue is verified, we offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be processed within [time frame] and reflected in your original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain highly perishable items may not be eligible for returns, such as leafy greens or cut fruits, unless they are damaged.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting customer support.
- Late Cancellations: Orders canceled after 1 hour will not be eligible for a refund, as the products may have already been packed for delivery.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: If an order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed and reflected within 24 hours.
Payment Policy
- Payment Methods: We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Google Pay), and cash on delivery (COD).
- Secure Payments: All online payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
- COD Limit: Cash on delivery is available for orders up to 250. Orders exceeding this limit must be prepaid.
